I can’t hide my happiness and excitement! I’ve just received my first ever ball jointed doll from Supia Doll Company . I’ve been searching for a perfect doll for my Miniature Cusina and I couldn’t think of any other doll till I found Supia.  I’ve been dreaming to have my own bjd and I never thought Supia Doll Team would accept my invitation for collaboration.

If you are interested visit their website

You can choose from boy, girl, mini girls and babysup, every doll has their own unique sculpture.

I fell in love with  HAEUN, I always look her up on supiadoll website, ever since I started my miniature kitchen I knew that she will be perfect for my kitchen.

I named her Heyean 🙂 Every bjd owners gave their doll names and characters. On the next episode of Miniature Cusina, I will tell everything about Heyean like her character, attitude, where she from etc.

I emailed Supia doll team this late January and they told me that they will start making my doll on January 22, they asked me if I  have specific requests 🙂 On their website you have an option if you like to pay in full or layaway. You can choose their body type, double joint small bust or big, single joint small bust or big. What kind of make up etc., or you can email them and ask any questions, they are very accommodating and friendly 🙂 All my requests were noted and I was not disappointed. In placing orders you must willing to wait for the arrival of your doll since this is a pre order and specially made for you. I received my doll on April 24 🙂 It’s all worth it!

She was placed in a sophisticated box 🙂

They asked me if I would like to add body blushing for my bjd (Body blushing enhances a dolls body scuplt). My Heyean has make up to her chest, clavicle, feet and hands.

So cute and realistic:)

Supiadoll team gave me two wigs.

An extra feet for high heel shoes. IMG_3351

A flat doll shoes. So cute 🙂

HAEUN is a human elf doll 🙂 That’s why she has 2 ears.

Supia was so nice to give me this set of outfit from Heyean. 🙂  I am totally satisfied and happy. I like the outfit, the quality of materials, the stitches are neat.

To Supia doll team,

Thank you so much!

My doll Heyean is so perfect, flawless from head to toe, her face make up and body blushing looks real 🙂

Thank you for making my dream come true.

I’ll promise that I would take good care of her.

Chocolate Cornet – Lucky Star

What is chocolate cornet?

Chocolate cornet is one of the most popular treat for kids in Japan, it is a pastry with custard chocolate filling. This bread is becoming more popular because of Konata Izumi

lucky star
Konata Izumi of Lucky Star eating Chocolate Cornet

one the character in Lucky Star anime. In the first episode Konata was wondering how to eat a chocolate cornet correctly?, which one is the head? or which one is the tail? I thought this scene made me curious (or many viewers wondered) what chocolate cornet looks like. That’s why I decided to make one but in miniature version.

The ingredients are the same in normal size of servings but I can not give you the exact amount of measurement I just follow my instinct and my imagination.

  • Bread flour                                       bread ingredients
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Non -fat dry milk powder
  • Instant dry yeast
  • Lukewarm water
  • Water
  • Beaten egg
  • Butter

Chocolate Custard

  • Egg yolks                                                mini food chocolate cornet
  • Sugar (you use white or brown sugar)
  • Cake flour
  • Corn starch
  • Cocoa powder
  • Milk
  • Unsalted butter
  • Chocolate

You can make your horn molds: you just need 1 and 1/2 inch by 1 1/2 inch of hard paper and 1 and 3/4 inch by 1 and 3/4 inch of Aluminum foil.

Make a triangle shape or ice cream cone. Lock it by using glue paper. Then wrap it with Aluminum foil.
