Spaghetti is all time fave dish, each countries has different style of cooking on their spaghetti. Here in the Philippines spaghetti is a superstar in all occasions especially in birthday parties. Today I will share on how we (Pinoy) cook our pasta. The difference of our spaghetti from other recipes is that we add banana catsup, sugar and more hotdogs. We love tamis asim (sweet and sour taste) in our sauce.
Where did spaghetti carbonara come from? I don’t know, there’s a lot version of history on net and I don’t know which one is true and not, but one thing I am sure, Carbonara is one of the easiest recipe to prepare. This is an Italian pasta dish from Rome and the ingredients are very easy to find; pasta, egg, parmesan, cooking oil, bacon, pepper and salt. But since we will make creamy version I will add milk on it. You can make a normal size servings of this recipe.

Chocolate cornet is one of the most popular treat for kids in Japan, it is a pastry with custard chocolate filling.This bread is becoming more popular because of Konata Izumi
one the character in Lucky Star anime. In the first episode Konata was wondering how to eat a chocolate cornet correctly?, which one is the head? or which one is the tail? I thought this scene made me curious (or many viewers wondered) what chocolate cornet looks like. That’s why I decided to make one but in miniature version.
The ingredients are the same in normal size of servings but I can not give you the exact amount of measurement I just follow my instinct and my imagination.
Non -fat dry milk powder
Instant dry yeast
After 15 minutes of baking
Sugar (you use white or brown sugar)
You can make your horn molds: you just need 1 and 1/2 inch by 1 1/2 inch of hard paper and 1 and 3/4 inch by 1 and 3/4 inch of Aluminum foil.
Make a triangle shape or ice cream cone. Lock it by using glue paper. Then wrap it with Aluminum foil.
