Pininyahang Manok (Miniature Cooking)

Pininyahang Manok or Pineapple Chicken is a Filipino dish. This recipe is  creamy with tangy taste perfect with hot steamy rice.

Here’s the ingredients;    Pininyahang Manok's ingredients

  • Chicken
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Red bell pepper
  • Fish sauce
  • Milk
  • Pineapple chunks and juice (Can good)
  • Pepper
  • Carrots

Chicken Masala Recipe Miniature Cooking

It’s my first time to cook Chicken Masala, believe me, I’ve never done this in normal servings of food, I just tried to cook this (in my miniature kitchen) since I have lot’s of Indian friends who’s following my Youtube channel and I want to thank you guys for supporting and loving my channel. When I do research, there’s a lot of way or different ways of cooking Chicken Masala and honestly I don’t know which one should I follow but there’s a common denominator, they cook the masala in yogurt and different spices. So, please don’t judge me, if you have different way of cooking chicken masala, kindly let me know and I will try to follow.

If you’re going to ask how was the taste. When we tasted it, I would definitely recommend this recipe and I surely will make a normal version of it. I salute the Indian cuisine, you have a superb spices that you should be proud of.

Here’s the recipe;

First I marinated the chicken in; cayenne, cinnamon, white pepper, cumin, tomato sauce by the way I wasn’t able to find tomato puree and I think the tomato sauce is good alternative. Masala paste, yogurt, I also substituted the Lemon to Calamansi.Chicken Masala Ingredients

You also need the following for sautéing.

  • Clarified butter
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Turmeric
  • Marinated chicken
  • Fresh tomato
  • Tomato sauce
  • Yogurt
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Cilantro for garnish.
