FAQs

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn't been released or is not currently in stock. They're shipped to the customer once available. Pre-orders allow customers to order products before they are available.

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Returns and Exchanges: Contact us within 7 days of deliver, item must shipped back within 30 days of delivery. 

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must return in its original condition (boxes, labels etc), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Shipping 

Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and destination of the item. We will issue a refund if there’s an excess for the shipping fee. 

We use post office 

Standard or ordinary registered mail with tracking number takes 15-20 days to arrived.

EMS expressing shipping takes 7-10 working days to arrived. 

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not  responsible for delays due to customs, but rest assured that Miniature Cusina's team will assist you until your order will arrived safely.
