Refund policy
NO REFUND FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been made and the product has been delivered.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any digital product bought from Miniature Cusina.
If you experience any technical issues with accessing or downloading your purchased digital product, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Miniature Cusina gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Request a cancellation: Must be done with 48 hours of purchase.
Returns and exchanges: Contact us within 7 days of deliver, item must shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Not applicable to Pre Orders and Customized Orders.
Note: To ensure a smooth returns process and in order to provide evidence for any potential claims regarding damages or missing items, we kindly request that you please take a video while opening and checking the package.
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must return in its original condition (boxes, labels etc), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged and NON REFUNDABLE
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Pre orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
