Egg fried rice
It's been a while since I made videos. Today, I would like to share my recipe for egg fried rice. In today's episode, I'll be demonstrating another method of cooking this delicious dish.

Here are the ingredients: 3-4 small eggs. Also, if you're interested in purchasing miniature items, please visit miniaturecusina.com.
First, scramble the eggs and set them aside. In a large bowl, combine the leftover rice and the scrambled eggs, then gently mix them together. Set the mixture aside for now.

Next, cut the onions into small, tiny cubes. I'll only be using half of the carrots, and we'll refrigerate the rest for later. Chop the green onions as well.
Heat the wok and add cooking oil. Cook the minced garlic and onions until they become translucent. Then, add the egg and rice mixture, stirring continuously to prevent the rice from burning. Add the carrots and continue stirring. Finally, add a little soy sauce, followed by the green onions. Give it a good stir. Season with pepper and salt according to your taste.
